Artist of the week Eileen Grobeck (dba) cookala. I came across her work on Flickr.
I just fell in love with her subject matter, and palette. I am sure you will find something you like or must trade with her.
BIO
I'm pretty much a self-taught artist, photographer and poet, and have had a life long love affair with the ocean/beach and art of any kind. I have an inate love of anything visually beautiful. I used to draw all the time when I was younger, but then I got busy with a career in IT and put it aside for far too long. I've only recently begun to rediscover my artistic "roots" again and now I can't wait to retire in 2009 so I can devote more of my time to my artistic endeavors. Though I've been interested in ATCs for a few years now, I only just started to create my own in January 2006. Now I'm totally addicted to these little pieces of art and absolutely love the idea of sending my art out into the world, and also getting some art back! Maybe someday I will put together a web site. Right now I'm just too busy making art, and blogs suit me just fine because they're quick and easy to set up and are free.
I should make a note to everyone who's interested in trading art with me that I do not trade photocopies of my original works cut and pasted to an atc card - and I do not want to trade for photocopies either. However, if you see a card that's already been traded but still want one of your own, I will remake the card with some variations if I still have the same materials available. It will be similar, but it will still be an original. I just felt I should let you all know that. There's no way to put my wishes into the header of each page, so I am limited to posting them here.
My ATC Blog is here (I try to keep it up to date, but don't always succeed! Flickr is really the best place to see all my latest creations!)
Cookalas House of Cards
you can also see some of my cards here, but I don't really have the time to update this blog all that often (so much art to make, so little time!)

My poetry, photography, ramblings and ranting are in my my blog named Cheesecloth Moon at Cheesecloth Moon
In January 2007 I started a new blog for my artwork other than ATCs, though I don't update it that often because I make ATCs more frequently than other types of art. You can see it here
